Our cocktail proposal captures the essence of Madrid and elevates it to new heights. More than a cocktail, a concept; whether you are a Vermouth, Bloody Mary or Mojito drinker, any time is an excuse to enjoy the iconic Madrid scene accompanied by the best views of the capital's city centre.
You choose where and we'll serve you the perfect cocktail for the occasion.
Start at La Terraza and be seduced by 'La Movida', a sweet combination of tequila, roasted red pepper, grapefruit and white chocolate liqueur. Looking for something a little more intimate? Head to La Pérgola, our hidden balcony, and enjoy 'La Chica de Ayer', a sophisticated take on the Piña Colada that pays homage to Antonio Vega's famous song.
Complete your evening at Ático with a dinner paired with 'El Madrileño', a fusion of figs, green apple liqueur and Juvé & Camps Reserva de la Familia Cava.

Daniel Cruz, our bartender, has developed his expertise at Amargo Place to Be, one of the great hits in Malasaña. A finalist in competitions like the Tío Pepe Challenge and a lover of vodka, his minimalist proposal includes transparent drinks with seasonal ingredients, influenced by the Madrid nightlife.
Inspired by classics like the gimlet, Daniel creates unique cocktails such as "Pongamos que hablo de Madrid," a perfect aperitif for any time of day.
